Bringing over two decades of culinary expertise, Chef Pete creates exquisite dishes using the freshest seasonal ingredients. His passion for food began in his grandmother's kitchen in Jacksonville, where he learned that food is more than sustenance – it's a story, a celebration, and sometimes, a delicious rebellion.
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and honing his craft in some of Miami's most prestigious kitchens, Pete returned to his hometown with a dream: to create bold, unforgettable flavors that would put Jacksonville on the culinary map.
What started as a humble food truck in 2018 has evolved into Flamingo Pete's – a catering company, private chef service, and hot sauce brand that's setting taste buds ablaze across Florida and beyond.
